In the spirit of exploration, SAMUDERA brings two cooks together, Azfar (@azfarrocious) and Suria (@sue.cahayaa), for an exclusive supperclub collaboration for a one night only, four hands culinary experience featuring fish-forward dishes, in celebration of flavours of maritime Southeast Asia.
20% of proceeds from SAMUDERA supperclub will go towards supporting the community kitchens across Aceh Tamiang, providing meals and essential aid to families affected by the floods in one of the hardest-hit districts.
