Orh Nee is a traditional Teochew yam paste dessert loaded with shallots and pumpkin along with a touch of coconut milk. But we bring a twist by making it with a savoury version to pair this earthy dish with a little bit of sweetness of pumpkin and fish.

Indian Halibut is a halibut that exists in tropical waters and even on our shorelines, often hidden in the sand, with different colouration on both side of its body as an adaptation of camouflaging itself, brown on the top to bury into the sand and white on top to resemble the lights.
