Explore the fish section at Tekka Market with us! This introductory tour focuses on covering as many species of our local fishes as possible. We will cover local names, cultural usage, recipes, ecology and the anatomy of fishes! For the months of June and July we will be featuring an additional component where we introduce you to various locally farmed fish being sold at our partnered fishmongers.
This tour will also include a culinary component after the market tour, where we show you how to prepare locally farmed fish at our F&B pop-up at ChefX (Clarke Quay Central). The tour includes a tasting portion of the fish as well!
