Come explore Chinatown with us in style - Pasarfish style! This tour is a deep dive into Cantonese cuisine and culture. 

To kick things off we head to Chinatown Complex wet market, an interesting market that caters heavily to the Cantonese community. Expect to see tons and tons of groupers and live fish 🐟, before having your nose infiltrated by the smells from the dried seafood stalls that sell ingredients for Cantonese soups 🫔. We will then head over to Hong Lim Complex to get schooled on Cantonese style tze char by Debbie, a 4th generation hawker from Tang Kay Kee Fish Head Bee Hoon ( @tangkaykee ). We round things off with a very tasty lunch starring snakehead fish.
